I had an amazing experience at 5 Akhis in Oxford! The chicken tenders were absolutely perfect — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The portion size was more than generous, definitely great value for money. The staff were friendly and the service was quick too. If you’re in Oxford and craving some top-quality chicken, 5 Akhis is definitely the spot to hit. Highly recommend!

Everything was nice! It's not the fastest place for having a burger but is good compared to the price. The chicken remix was amazing so far one of the best starters I had. The burgers are also really nice, and the juicy Lucy is recommended for people who really love cheese. The staff are really nice and hospitable too!

While visiting Oxford, after soaking in the charm and history of the city, we were on the hunt for a good halal burger spot — and we struck gold with Five Akhi’s! The name first caught our attention (we guessed it meant “Five Brothers” based on arabic), but during our chat with the staff, we found out it’s actually a friends-owned business, which made the experience feel even warmer and more genuine. We started with the spicy coated jalapeno bites, followed by the honey garlic wings on recommendation — and both were packed with flavor. For the main, we shared their classic 6oz burger, customized with double cheese, gherkins, onions, and house mayo (we skipped the caramelized onions), and it was honestly one of the best burgers we've had. What really impressed us was that all their burgers are freshly handcrafted using 100% Prime British Angus Beef, grass-fed and dry-aged — and you can definitely taste the quality in every bite. After eating, we lingered a while, just enjoying the view and the relaxed vibe, watching cars go by. It was the perfect lunch stop — satisfying, flavorful, and full of heart. Highly recommended if you're ever in Oxford and craving a real, quality burger with a halal twist!

Highly recommend 5 Akhis if you’re in Oxford and looking for quality food and great service. The chicken strip remix is very tasty and perfectly made. The rest of their menu is equally impressive, with food that’s not only tasty but also very filling. The atmosphere is amazing, making it a great spot to dine in, whether you’re with friends or family. The staff are fantastic – always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which really adds to the overall experience. Definitely worth a visit!
